All substrate orders will be shipped UPS Ground.

We only ship Domestic US excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. No International shipping at this time.

No refunds, exchanges or replacements will be made.

Buyer is responsible for tracking of packages for any delays.

If your order becomes lost in transit please notify us immediately via email at smooga.plants@gmail.com. We will initiate a search request and file a claim with the carrier. Once package is marked lost by the shipping carrier, your order will be refunded.
